Yoga Ed. Instructor Training and Tools for Teachers
The Yoga Ed. Instructor Training provides you with the structure, skills, resources, to share the benefits of yoga with both children and their teachers.
The Yoga Ed. Instructor Training certifies qualified yoga teachers to teach the following two Yoga Ed. Programs for schools:
Yoga Ed. K-8 Curriculum:
- Teaches Fitness, Health and Life Skills through Yoga
- Taught in Schools Nationwide and in Canada and Mexico
- Includes Lesson Plans, Teacher’s Guide and Game Book
- Meets the national PE Standards, addresses multiple intelligences, supports academic curriculum, and lays a foundation for lifetime health and wellness.
Yoga Ed. Tools for Teachers:
- Teachers learn how to incorporate yoga-bases activities such as breathing, simple yoga poses, games and relaxation as way to enhance health, concentration, relaxation and learning in the classroom.

Brynne Caleda, Yoga Ed. Instructor and Trainer has teamed up with Hawaii’s yoga apparel guru, Momi Chee, of Lily Lotus Hawaii to create fashionable and sustainable Yoga Ed. T-Shirts.
Dedicated to making a living while making a difference Brynne is working to implement the Yoga Ed. Curriculum into schools statewide. $2 of all t-shirt proceeds will go to purchasing mats, blocks, and props for Yoga Ed. classes held on Oahu.
